Courses & Workshops

Developing and supporting an active workforce is hugely important to the long term sustainability of the sport. The RYA Cymru Wales aims to provide for all those involved in boating, whether in a professional or volunteer capacity, appropriate training and support.

Upcoming Courses and Workshops in Wales including First Aid, Safety Boat, Dinghy Instructor, Racing Coach Level 2 and lots more!! It’s worth keeping an eye on these pages as more courses become available…Some of these courses are subsidised by the RYA Cymru Wales by upto 50% to help volunteers who are already helping or want to help in local clubs.

If you have any questions please contact the RYA Cymru Wales Head Office, or your Regional Development Officer.

EXCITING!

This year we are offering a 50% discount on some courses and conferences as part of our accessible courses to clubs in Wales. You must be a member and volunteer of a Welsh Club to qualify for this discount! For each course we will fund up to two people per club. If more people from your club wish to attend, please contact the office as we may give away more places nearer the time if the course is not filled.
